The gentle rhythm of cleaning the rice becomes a meditative ritual, grounding me in the present moment while evoking deep memories of the past. As I watch myself on the TV screen (Overnight, a bird dances), a quiet conversation unfolds between my present self and the image of my former self. The video I observe weaves together themes of meditation, dance, and sensory awakening, delving into the body's transformative role in both spiritual and personal growth.
